Paleo

Paleo is a diet plan that focuses on whole foods and eliminates processed food from your diet. It has become trendy over the last few years because it promotes good health and helps people lose weight.

The term Paleolithic was coined by Dr. Weston Price, who studied indigenous populations worldwide and found that they had no chronic diseases such as heart disease or diabetes. He also noticed that their teeth were intact and strong.

Paleo is a great way to eat. If you want to try out this diet, you should start slowly and gradually increase your intake of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, nuts, seeds, and other healthy foods.
