DIY Meat Roses Charcuterie board

WHAT YOU NEED: Sliced meats Wine glass

Lay 3-4 pieces of meat over the rim of a glass greating a bottom layer.

Combine layering the pepperoni or ham overlapping each slice as you go. When large enough, flip over onto the charcuterie board. 

Surround your meat roses with crackers, cheese, grapes, nuts, chocolate, or any other favorite grazing foods. 

Pull slices of meat from the flower when serving! It will retain it's shape until al lmeat is gone.
