Chicken breast Pickle juice Salt Black pepper Egg Water Panko breadcrumb Flour
Season chicken breasts and then place in a large bowl and cover with pickle juice. Brine as directed.
Prepare shallow bowls of egg, flour, and breadcrumbs. Dip chicken into flour, then eggs, and then breadcrumbs and lay on baking tray.
Place on a lined baking sheet and bake as directed until crisp.
