Ground beef Garlic powder Brown sugar Soy sauce Sesame oil Ground ginger Mirin Black Pepper Red pepper flakes Salt Rice
Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine then set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until no longer pink.
To the cooked beef, add the sauce previously made and stir to combine.
Top with sesame seeds, diced green onions, and sriracha if desired.
