Chicken breast Cornstarch Salt Black pepper Flour Eggs Soy Sauce Ketchup Bell pepper Red onion Pineapple

STEP 1

Coat the chicken with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

STEP 2

Dip chicken in eggs then flour and fry until cooked through and golden brown.

STEP 3

In skillet or wok, saute peppers, onion, and pineapple, then add sauce.

STEP 4

Stir in chicken and coat then serve over rice.
