Tortilla Pepperoni Pizza sauce Italian cheese Mozzarella Italian spices
Divide the tortilla into 4 sections and cut a slit from the middle to edge dividing only two. Add sauce on one, pepperoni on one, and cheese on two.
Fold one cheese potion over the pepperoni.
Fold the new section over the sauce and then over the second cheese portion to form a triangle.
Toast on a panini press, griddle, or hot skillet until heated through.
